Objective
This SOP explains how to orient yourself within the Givinga Foundation’s Fiscal Sponsorship Platform after logging in. It helps team members identify the key dashboard sections, understand what each section shows, and know where to go for donations, campaigns, expenses, and account management.

3. Check fundraising and expense activity 0:39

- Access campaign details directly from this section when needed.
6. Use recent activity to track account changes 1:13

- From here, access:
- Donations
- Campaigns
- Thank you information
- Expenses
- Account management tools
- Return to this menu whenever you need to manage a specific part of your account.
8. Rely on the platform as a centralized workspace 1:40
- Use the platform as a single centralized location for managing your fiscally sponsored project.
- Expect additional training to cover each section in more detail.
- Keep the dashboard as your starting point for daily account review and navigation.
Cautionary Notes
- Do not assume the dashboard balance and fundraising totals are the same; review each section separately.
- Verify recent activity carefully before taking action on donations, expenses, or campaign updates.
- Use the correct navigation section to avoid editing the wrong area of the account.
- Remember that this video is only an orientation; detailed procedures for each tool will be covered in later training.
Tips for Efficiency
- Start every session on the dashboard to get a quick status check.
- Review balance, fundraising totals, donor insights, and recent activity in one pass before making decisions.
- Use the left navigation menu instead of searching around the page.
- Bookmark or mentally note the most-used sections: Donations, Campaigns, Expenses, and Account Management.
- Check the active campaign section regularly if your project is currently fundraising.
