Under Model B fiscal sponsorship, your organization or project remains a separate legal entity with its own leadership, branding, and operations. Givinga Foundation serves as the fiscal sponsor by receiving and administering charitable funds on your project’s behalf and ensuring those funds are used for charitable purposes in accordance with IRS regulations.
How Model B Works
When your project is fiscally sponsored by Givinga Foundation:
